Facilitated a 45-minute workshop with The Watermill's Center Head Start Family Program. The participants were a high-energy group of 3-5 year olds. We had prefabricated mini-masks with holes that kids could tie materials onto, including ribbons and fabric, exercising their hand dexterity. Upon the completion of the masks, the kids were given hand-held instruments, and we paraded around grounds of the Watermill Center. This short workshop was an act of play, performance, and material exploration for young children. Photos of the "parade" can be seen below.
